Hi everyone. I just thought you should hear my story. I just completed the cabbage soup diet. I read that people were losing a pound a day or 2 pounds in the first day. Day 2 I weighed myself... didn't lose anything. Day 3 came around and I stepped on the scale... nothing!!!! Day four I still hadn't lost any weight. I was very frusterated and read that everyone should lose weight everyday.
I was almost going to quit and then day 5 rolled around and the weight started melting off. 6 pounds in all! Just stick with it and it will work for you too!!
