5 pounds in 4 days
I started the diet 4 days ago and am currently on day 5. On fruit day I wanted veggies, on veggie day I wanted fruit, on banana and milk day I wanted bread and cheese! I was good though. I have stuck to it.
On day 4 my tongue started feeling fuzzy and on day 5 I have had a funny taste in my mouth all day. I have had a mild to medium headache for 4 days now. But its bearable. I have been exercising and eating health for a while now trying to get the extra weight off. I have a long way to go but I was getting depressed that it was just not moving the way I wanted it to so I decided to try the diet to kickstart it back into movement. I think I will keep the soup going as part of my daily diet after the 7 days. Some people have said they hate the soup or its bland? I added plenty of pepper and cayenne powder and its more like a spicy vegetable soup and I enjoy it.
My second batch wasn't quite as good as the first, I didnt cut the cabbage up as small as the first, which was a mistake as you seem to have more mushy cabbage the bigger the pieces are. I think that if I say keep going with the soup, veggies and fruit daily but alternate days with protein it could well get me losing the weight I need and want.
