What you should buy ahead

  • Buy the ingredients for the soup of your choice.

  • fresh vegetables and fruits of the season with a low GI.
  • mineral water, herbal teas and vegetable juices.

    • Tip No. 1: Don’t forget to drink at least 12 large cups of herbal teas – sugarfree or 12 large glasses of mineral water !

    • Tip No. 2: When hungry: Cabbage Soup on! The more soup you eat the better you’ll burn the fat and lose weight.

    • Tip No. 3: We recommend to start this 3 day cleansing diet on a friday evening, with doing so you'll have a whole weekend for the program!
