with the cabbage soup

What you should buy ahead

  • Buy the ingredients for the soup of your choice.

  • You'll need also the ingredients for the fat burner shake of day2+3(Find here the fat burner shake recipe with papaya.)
  • fresh vegetables and fruits of the season with a low GI.

  • mineral water, herbal teas and vegetable juices.





  • 3 day cabbage soup diet plan

    Day One:

    - Dinner cancelling: Fasting after 4 pm
    - Cook yourself a big pot of cabbage soup
    - Drink tea, we recommend red current tea,
    of course without sugar -

    Top tips for a better 3 day cleansing diet

    Tip No. 1: Don’t forget to drink at least 12 large cups of herbal teas – sugarfree or 12 large glasses of mineral water !

    Tip No. 2: Always when hungry: Cabbage Soup on! The more you eat the better you’ll burn the fat and lose weight.
