3 day cleansing diet
with the cabbage soup

What you should buy ahead

  • Buy the ingredients for the soup of your choice.

  • You'll need also the ingredients for the fat burner shake of day2+3(Find here the fat burner shake recipe with papaya.)
  • fresh vegetables and fruits of the season with a low GI.

  • mineral water, herbal teas and vegetable juices.




  • 3 day cabbage soup diet plan

    Day One:

    - Dinner cancelling: Fasting after 4 pm
    - Cook yourself a big pot of cabbage soup
    - Drink tea, we recommend red current tea,
    of course without sugar -
    (calms your body and soul)
    - 5 minutes healthy breathing

    Day Two:

    In the morning:
    - 30 minutes Fat burning workout - fasting!
    - Cabbage Soup
    - Raw vegetables
    - 5 minutes healthy breathing

    Noontime:

    In the afternoons
    - 15 minutes muscle workout

    In the evening

    - Fatburner Shake

    Day Three:

    In the morning
    - 30 minutes Fat burning workout - fasting!
    - Fruit salad with cabbage soup
    - 5 minutes healthy breathing

    Noontime:

    - Magic cabbage soup
    - 5 minutes healthy breathing

    In the afternoons
    - 15 minutes muscle workout
    - Fatburner Shake

    In the evening
    - Magic cabbage soup
    - 5 minutes healthy breathing

    Top tips for a better 3 day cleansing diet

    Tip No. 1: Don’t forget to drink at least 12 large cups of herbal teas – sugarfree or 12 large glasses of mineral water !

    Tip No. 2: Always when hungry: Cabbage Soup on! The more soup you eat the better you’ll burn the fat and lose weight.

    Tip No. 3: We recommend to start this 3 day cleansing diet on a friday evening, with doing so you'll have a whole weekend for the progam!
